What's the deal, was Microshaft involved in sw development for this camera?

My E-1 locked up three times (in 2 out of the 11 days) during my recent trip
to Europe, had to re-insert the battery to make it works. The total shutter
pressed was 2500 times, I was using a Lexar 40x WA 1G.
