Canon is 6.3 (3072 x 2048). Nikon is 6.01 (3008x2000). Oly is 5.0
(2560x1920)

Thanks to everyone for your comments. From what I've heard the E1 is not as
good at low light focussing than the Nikon and Canon. This is a prime thing
for me.
How do the megapixels compare? I thought they all were 6 meg?
I would love to buy the Olympus, but it costs more than the D70. And if we
drop either camera, it will be written off. We work in power stations and
dams. Drop it and it's gone.
