I don't remember the percentages but in order of commonality:

R eyed   R handed
L eyed   R handed
R eyed   L handed
L eyed   L handed

when legs are added  I haven't a clue as to the probability!

Oh, there are also mirrored individuals in both organs and/or brain functions.
