My understanding is:
10% of the population is left handed
20% is left footed (kicking a football, for example)
30% is left eyed (looking through the camera, or telescope, etc.)
40% is left eared (straining to hear something ...)
But only 1% is left-dominant for all four.

Hi Jon:
It's hard to catch a football with a camera over your left eye. I am also
left handed, and used my left eye instictively. When I turned 49 for the
second time I finally sucumbed to glasses and my left eye was the better
eye, evidence that our brain knows more than it tells our consciuos self.
