Seller ignorant - s/he's just quoting some text found somewhere, such as a web site which would list the available mounts. The giveaway is the way the seller has quoted all the information on the front ring as a title, without any understanding.
"NEW Tokina AT-X 300 SD 112 MM Japan 300MM"
It looks like a Nikon mount in the main pic, which is a pinch from a web site. The 'real' photo show a filter mounted and the mount is undiscernable - but no visible Oly 2 buttons. AT-X has a good rep. SD = Special Dispersion glass I think. It's top of the line, like the 80-200 2.8 which is popular here.

That seems to be a single item. I'm not aware of any sort of universal
mounting system by Tokina (a la Tamron Adaptall). How can it be "To fit
Minolta, Nikon, Pentax, Canon, Yashica & Olympus?" I suspect a seller who
does not understand the difference.

NEW Tokina AT-X 300 SD 112 MM Japan 300MM

"Tokina's unique patented Internal Rear Focusing (IRF) system ensures
superior image quality from infinity to minimum focusing distance. By
maintaining constant lens length during focusing, it assures quick focusing
and good balance. "

No Connection with seller

Can anyone offer comments on this lens?

Description says it will fit multiple brands, unlike other Tokina AT-X lens
which I own, all having an Olympus mount.

Thanks

Scott
