Let's just say that as a former employee and Service Manager from
Olympus America, Inc.'s predecessor, Olympus Camera Corporation, I have
intimate experience with their management techniques. The products they
are and were entrusted to sell here in America are second to none --
pity they have never risen to the same level. But then, in their
parlance, anyone such as I who would deign to criticize Olympus/U.S.'s
"upper management", however justifiably, would simply be dismissed with
an offhand comment of, "just another disgruntled former employee -- pay
him no heed". At least that's what I was told to say....
