That seems way too high for 8 bit channels. 4800 for 25.4mm = 4535 for 24mm and 6803 for 36mm. 4535*6803*3 ~= 92,566,000. With no loss TIFF compression, I would expect maybe 80-85mb. What channel depth are you using, 16?
