If you've got the bandwidth, send me a copy of the photo (you can convert
it to a high-quality JPEG in Photoshop before sending it to reduce the
filesize) and I'll look at it to see if there's anything obvious that can
be done to assist you. (Advice given is always best after one's actually
*seen* what the problems are, after all...).
