As we discuss every month, traffic to the list should always be "plain text".
In Outlook Express, this selection is at "Tools>Options>Send".
If someone forgets to send in plain text and you reply using Outlook Express,
there's one more step. In your reply, click on
"Format", then "Plain Text".
Even if you have specified "Plain Text" in "Tools>Options>Send", it will
automatically reply to every "Rich Text" message with Rich
Text. You have to physically turn it off.
