Hmm. You should be able to write a layout format to do whatever you want,
using the instructions in the readme.txt file in Presets/Layout in the
Photoshop file system. I haven't tried it, but it doesn't look very complex.
And you can easily incorporate any different files in any layout. It's quite
versatile, if a little fiddly.
