The little glides came off of mine also. I had some felt with adhesive on
the back. Took a paper punch and punched out several circles somewhere in
the vicinity of a quarter of and inch across. After cleaning the bottom of
the mouse and attaching the small felt circles, I had new glides. They do
tend to collect cat hair, tho. (VBG)
