I found that comment rather odd too, so today I asked my mom about it.
She is the digital and multimedia publication director at our local
community college, a graphic designer, and she has attended every
MacWorld to date. She just returned from this year's MacWorld and heard
nothing so much as a hint of this rumor. She did say the new 12" G4
notebook looks like a great field notebook for digital photographers
though ;-)
