are they just a regular camera store item?

B&H sells a small box of 21 for $6.95, item # ZECT.
They are out of stock (I just checked). The wipes
are cotton soaked with isopropyl alcohol. Search
B&H with "Zeiss cleaning" for all of their Zeiss
products (jump to the second search page to skip the
binoculars). Zeiss also makes an excellent cleaning
cloth. It is a little softer than many microfiber
cloths like Pentax.

If that is what they are, you can buy a large box of alcohol wipes
individually sealed in foil from a medical supply type drug store for
not much money. I think you could probably get a couple hundred for
about $10.
