Also, what wide-angle (24mm/28mm) are cheap?

There are three 28mm Zuiko's and two 24mm Zuiko's, not counting the single and multicoated variants: 28/3.5, 28/2.8, 24/2.8, 28/2, and 24/2

The 28mm f/3.5 is "cheap." It's also not a very good performer among the Zuiko lenses with noticeably lower contrast, and higher falloff, especially at the wider apertures. Resolution is OK. Build quality is the same as for all Zuiko lenses. Noticeably better, for not much more money is the 28/2.8 that replaced it. In general, the 28mm lenses sell for less than the same speed and equivalent condition 24mm lenses. I listed the lenses above in order of the pricing I would expect to see from least to most expensive.

BTW, assuming English is your 2nd language (OK, in Europe it might be 3rd, 4th or 5th) "cheap" may not be the best word to use. It can also mean poor quality or condition in addition to low price. "Inexpensive" might be a better word to use.
