That is very strange. My guess is that the cancellation and notice
was not generated by a "bot" as someone else also mentioned. Otherwise
it would have found ALL your listings. My take is that someone
complained about that particular listing, which caused "the powers
that be" to take a closer look and then generated the letter. I don't
understand why someone would complain on you, but do you have many
enemies on the evil bay? Maybe you stepped on one too many toes?
Personally, I don't see how anyone can be unhappy dealing with Tom.
