As I understand it -- and I could be wrong -- the only mail
subjected to irradiation is that addressed to certain Washington,
D.C. zip codes. The rest of the country is unaffected, at least
for now. For instance, I have no problem mailing exposed film all
the way from Georgia to California for processing.
