Well the weather finally cooperated and yesterday was one of those rare
crystal clear days here in the PacNW. The dog and I took off after work
and went to one of our favorite walking spots and caught a few shots
with the sun low in the sky. Ended up using the 24/2.8. The wind was at
gale force+ so I might have a problem with "tree and grass" shake but I
was able to get fairly fast shutter speeds. In my haste I left the
tripod in the truck, too bad because I think a slower speed might have
made for some good effects especially with the wave action. Yeah so it's
not all "land"scape but around here there is no open view without at
least some water in it. And no mountains in the distance either as they
were behind a solid black wall of clouds.
