open your favourite image editing prog. get a fresh page, large, rectangular,
size of sheet of paper. fill with
128 R, G and G. print on laser printer or b/w inkjet (or colour, but monochrome
mode). glue to cardboard.

wont last long, but hey ;)
or meter your palm, open up a stop. voila. i do that all the time
