In Vancouver, BC, at least, there must be some optimism about OM lenses!
Over lunchtime I was in visiting one of our premier downtown high end
dealers and they had a brand new in the box Made in Japan 50mm/f1.8 lens
ticketed at Cdn$240 [~US$156]. I made a passing comment to one of the
sales people that it was rather overpriced! He responded saying that
that was the price these lenses are selling new for. Wow. Anyone else
out there in Canada land who can comment on the new price of Olympus
gear?
