I'm partial to Tamracs, and you can view their entire line at www.tamrac.com. 
They have several different styles of bags. I use a 515 for my IS-3 only, and 
it's a perfect fit. I'm considering one of their add-on MAS units for the 
flash. They make quite a range of bags with adjustable interiors, so you 
could probably fit your IS kit into something like a 603, 604, or 605. To add 
the OM equipment, a 606 of 608 would probably be a good fit.
