I have the Acer Scanwit 2740. The rating is stated as 100-240V, 50 - 60Hz,
0.3A. There is no voltage switch. It's not unheard of to have a range like
this, just doesn't happen much with consumer equipment. I've seen equipment
with a range from 90-250v, 50-60Hz. I guess for Acer, the only thing they
need to be mindful of is to include the right cable for the target market.
