While I agree with your sentiments, I only hope that the Americans remember
these comments when whoever is responsible falls under attack. It's easy for
the victim country to feel disgusted by images of people celebrating their
misfortune but I only hope that the Americans don't forget that when it
becomes their turn to be the ones that could be celebrating.
Remember, those who are celebrating right now feel as justified as Americans
will feel about celebrating when those responsible have been punished. In
their minds, America is being punished for past crimes. Let's not get
carried away then when we punish those countries for what we perceive as
crimes.
