You really don't want to go there -- after you take off the lower
part of the housing, you've got to remove the plate above it, then
drop the whole mechanism/motor assembly down out of the upper half.
Getting it out isn't _too_ difficult, if you've done a dozen or so,
the real problem is getting it back in!
