I've got a Quantum Battery 1 and my Quantum thing-a-ma-jig for the
T-32 is the 3 pin
plug that plugs into the front of a T-32 and on the side of my T-45.
I've never seen
an adaptor for the F280 flash and QB-1. Quantum's web site lists all
of the compatible
Battery/Camera/Thing-a-ma-jig combinations.
