>From time to time we've encountered such noisy flashes -- replacing the
transformer in the oscillator cures the problem. Never seen it on a
T-45 before (better QC?), but not uncommon on T-32's, occasionally on
T-20's, rare on other models (A-flashes, PS's, etc. -- perhaps smaller
x-formers make the problems less likely?).
