Maybe for 1/2 sec. when I first turn it on. But it is almost inaudible
even then. And when it recycles I don't even know it.
Mine came with a history of all the times it was charged. Maybe 20 in
all, over a long space of time. Just enough to keep it in tip top
shape. A T45 isn't something I'd recommend buying sight unseen, unless
it comes from someone knowledgable about the what is operationally like
new condition.
