I paid U.S. $300.00 for my example, which is MC, and which I'd rate EX/EX+,
but which came without case. Apparently, according to others on the List,
I got a good price. The performance is excellent, IMHO. It is, I believe,
an older (non-ED glass) design compared to some other manufacturer's lenses
in the same focal length, but I haven't noticed issues with coma etc. YMMV.
