Get some Loctite #222 (purple) this is a low strength formula designed for
fasteners under 1/4". It should keep the thing from vibrating loose without
making it difficult to remove when you want to change heads. You will need to
reapply it each time you change heads. You will need to find a better stocked
hardware store to find this formula. If the screw is larger than 1/4" you can
use #242 (blue) which is very commonly available.
