I am the one who started this topic and I have a Tiltall that I bought back
in the 60's. The problem I have experienced with the Tiltall is the covering
on the base where you attach the camera always seems to twist off with time
and I'm not real sure what to replace it with. I do have a piece of old inner
tube I was thinking about trying to rubber cement in place and see if that
would work. Bill Barber
Same thing happened to me. I had a small piece of black leather
kicking around that I trimmed and cemented in place. Works fine and
not as jiggly as rubber.
