Oooooh, yet another vict^H^H^H^H member.

Remember the most important piece of photographic equipment you have is
your brain . . . and don't let anyone get you down with comments about
older cameras/lenses.  The secret to achieving your vision for an image is
control:  image management, focus, exposure and film/print selection.  The
manual camera enables important parts of that.  An OM-1 with a fast,
standard lens is a real workhorse and has great flexibility in that regard.
 IMO, many of the new wunderbricks with all their gadgetry are more
constraining than they are enabling.

In spite of all the other lenses we might have, some of us thrive on the
standard 50mm.  If you want to see what can be done with a standard lens,
see the ADITL 2 gallery.  The restriction for this was a 40mm, 50mm or 55mm
