One other nice feature of the OM 3 Ti is the ability to do TTL flash exposure 
compensation at 1/60 and less. Manually set the ambient exposure and then use 
the exposure compensation dial for the desired effect. It's such a shame the 
OM 4's can't do this in the manual mode.
