That's a novelty I hadn't considered, or rather, wasn't aware of. I suppose
it was laziness on my part that so many of my Pen half frame slides are in
vertical format, but of course, in those days I'd have had no idea that I
would one day want to view them on a computer screen!

My sister was telling me that. She has a C*n*n Epoca (Photura in the US) of
similar configuration but larger. She also reckons that the shape makes it
easier to hold still than her OM-1n.

Many thanks. The description didn't mention a manual. There's another X3 on
eBay where the seller usefully (for me) chose to illustrate it with a scan
of the specification sheet rather than a picture of the camera!
