Up here on the penultimate 'left' coast (Washington state)
it's 55mph in urban areas, and 65mph elsewhere. Pity the poor sap, however,
that tries to adhere to the limit. He'll get run over. The 'flow' seems to
be 65-70 in the urban areas, and anything north of 80 elsewhere.
