Well, it gets kind of complicated, but essentially,
ASA 3200, 18 f/3.5 @ 3.5 = 172mph
ASA 1600, 21 f/2 @ 2 = 172 (slower film, faster lens)
The table goes on from there.
The 8mm gets confusing though, as you keep read-ending yourself.
