I know that, but you knew what we were talking about, didn't you. :-)  I
think it may be called that because it always seems to occur on a hot,
humid, still evening.

The most major storm fronts I ever saw pass through in one day was three
(when I was in Wyoming).  I don't think supercells travel fast enough (they
are too big to pass over quickly) for that to happen though.
