Samu,

The best source of information is a combination of Skip Williams' ebay
history (www.skipwilliams.com) and the used dealers like www.keh.com

Here's the averages from Skip's data for the items you quote:

$543 - 90mm f/2 macro MC (only seven in the sample)
$445 - 100mm f/2 MC (only four in the sample)
$1888 - 180mm f/2 MC (only two in the sample)
$2099 - 250mm f/2 MC (only one in the sample)
$292 - Olympus 1.4X teleconverter (only two in the sample)

The data doesn't reflect SC vs. MC. They're all rare, so the statistics
don't work, but let's face it, they're expensive. I own the first 2, but
not the last three, as a lens in the $2000 range overwhelms me. OK, I'm
trying to buy a 350/2.8, but it does overwhelm me.

Tom
