[OM] My damaged OM-4Ti and Olympus in Tokyo

Thanks to Japanese list members who've pointed me the right direction to
the right way to Olympus Plaza in Tokyo, my OM-4Ti is now safely in the
hands of the Oly technicians.

Firstly, the service is impeccable. I e-mailed them for directions and
the phoned me *twice* last week to inform me they snail mailed me
directions. I only expected an e-mail response but they took the trouble
to call up.

Secondly, if you haven't seen Olympus Plaza, *very* nice gallery of the
Olympus gear. Makes me feel so at home :-).

Anyhow, Oly technicians said my OM-4Ti had some "water damage" although
I have *no* idea how. It was in my LowePro EliteAW bag, packed in a
moving box shipped by sea (3 weeks) from Perth, Western Australia to
Tokyo. The cost of repair is Yen 8900 for labour, and anything from
Yen 0-3000 for parts (if any). Thus a max if Yen 11,900 for repairs -
US$113.33. They'd take 10 days to repair it.

Once again, thanks for everyone's help here on the list!!

Sean
