Whoa, want a minute. That is an average price skewed by average
condition, which is statistically "confounded data.". All of Skip's
averages are skewed towards the predominate condition grade for a
particular optic. In the case of the 18mm, his comparables are
predominately 9+ (KEH=Ex+) grade. There is a good $100 difference
between a 8 and a 9+.
