I was always changing screens until I installed a 2-4. I'm just as likely to 
be using a 21mm as a 500mm as macro bellow work.There is some finder edge 
darkening with the Tamron 500/8 but life's a tradeoff.  It's the best all 
around screen.  If you're doing solely telephoto work, the 1-7 works well.
