You can do everything with the OM2s as the OM4, but to see those diamonds 
dancing around the 5 stop exposure latitude (or so) of Velvia is like seeming 
through the great AA's eyes. If you're in very dark areas, don't run up 
against the lower EV limit of the spot meter.  I think it's about 0 EV (100 
ISO f 1.4 lens) for both the OM4 and 2s and you might hit it in dark slot 
canyons towards late afternoons and early mornings.

I like the OM1 sound the best of all (it was my first OM after all!) but the 
sound of the 2s sounds harsh to me. Part of the unique sound is the delay 
made necessary by the program circuit, whether its used or not. As to the 
degree of camera induced shake, I would agree with George that it's basically 
the same mechanism and either will produce the best results.

My OM4 is my main tool and does with me everywhere but the one you can hear 
me dry firing at night is the OM1.
