Well done!

That's the way to argue the domestic Ways & Means Committee of One ;-)  Threaten
to spend $10,000 and end up with a little over 10%.  What a smooth worker!

Your tip about the 2-stop latitude with the 2 spot measurements is not something
that I have considered before - but I will now.
