Use the sunpak(sorry) because it has manual setting and put your flash one
stop below the ambient light. Because you must use 1/60 or less for shutter
speed, you may find that neutral density filters are of great value. This
really shouldn't hinder you as the flash is fast enough to freeze the subject.
