[OM] Measuring Battery Drain

Oly Shooters:

Occasionally, someone will indicate that they have measured how much their
cameras draw on their batteries.  Can anyone explain how he or she measures
this draw?  Is it something that can be done with a very basic tester (the
kind used to test batteries, ohms, continuity, etc.)?
