Shelley,
I have been using Mystic for the last five years and in general have
been pleased with both prints and service. I especially appreciate the film
number, frame number and date printed on the back of each print; it makes
filing so much simpler.
Occasionally I get a bad print, usually involving large contrast ranges
and/or background/subject ranges. Your special instructions sound as though
they work for your; just how and where do you note them?
