It is a good idea to expose TMZ at ISO 1600 instead of ISO 3200, even if you
had not this problem. The grain shall be very big the same, but perhaps you
will get more printable negs. You can develope with HC-110 or Rodinal if you
like even bigger grain (or diluited D-76, with a *long* time).

If you don't need *so much* grain and poor highlight detail too, I'd suggest
to use TMY at ISO 1600 and develope accordingly. I think you will *need*
T-Max developer for pushing two real stops. The pro is that you will use one
film only. But if it is the grain what you are looking for, Tri-X shall work
better.
