Contrary to Tomoko-san's impression, there are many camera shops who has
used OM equipment in Ginza. I often go there for shopping.

In the map at: http://photojpn.org/DATA/map/map1.html
The stores,
C1: Lemon (Two stores)
C6: Sukiya Camera (Used equipment)
C7: Katsumi-do (Used equipment)
C8: Miyama Shokai (Used equipment)
usually have used OM equipment as well as other Japanese old cameras.

C1: Lemon opens on Saturday and does not open on Sunday.
C6 and C7 open on Saturday and Sunday.
C8: Miyama Shokai opens on Saturday and does not always open on Sunday.

C5: Nikon House (Used Nikon equipment) carries only used Nikons.
C9: Sankyo Camera (Used equipment) carries only imported cameras for large
size film.

What I know by my experience is that especially C7: Katsumi-do often
displays OM bodies in especially mint condition.
The shops listed here will have few or no specific goods such as screens. My
recommendation is to ask for it first in Yodobashi Camera in Shinjuku if the
screen is the one still in production.

As Tomoko-san said, most of shops in Akihabara deals electric equipments.
There are few used camera shops in Akihabara. I do not recommend Akihabara
if the purpose is to look for OM equipment and not to look for Camedia with
discount.

In addition, please note that
S5: Olympus Gallery and Hall
in Shinjuku map http://photojpn.org/DATA/map/map2.html
was already closed. It has to be deleted from the map.

Peter-san, I hope you will enjoy shopping in Japan.
