Lee,
I have an OM-1 instruction book coded 0480-20ms. I presume from 4/80. It shows
the
50/1.4 as being MC. That is a few months earlier than you show in the list. I
also have an OM-2 manual with the same lens group list but it is undated; at
least as far as I can see.

Hi all:
I've updated Frank's excellent post on multicoated lenses (see below).
Does anyone out there have Oly literature that fills in the year gaps?
If so, I'm interested in narrowing down the "1st Multicoating" refs and
"last mentioned" refs. To determine what year and month your Oly lit
was issued, look on the back cover. There will be some number/letter
group in the lower right hand corner like: C20E-1285D. This represents
a System Manual from December 1985.
