Below is a lens hood cross-ref that I plan to put up on the website
soon. If y'all could look it over and make additions/corrections, I'd
appreciate it. Especially useful would be info on which hoods can be
used with more than one lens.

(1) These three lenses all use the same hood.
(2) Both these lenses use the same hood.
(3) Where two different hoods are listed for the same lens, the second
hood type is from the 1985 edition of "The OM System Lens Handbook",
while the first hood type is from a 1980 edition of the OM Lens Group
Manual.
