Don't worry too much. The seals can be replaced without too much trouble,
if you are good at handiwork and can find some black foam rubber. The seals
are also available pre-cut from Paul Van Tuyl (as he will no doubt tell us).
I have so far fixed three bodies with these kits with good results. It takes
a little patience to get a good result, the old foam has to be removed
completely, but it is not difficult if you take your time.
One small tip: Cover the shutter with paper or tape, when replacing the seals.
You don't want pieces of old foam in the shutter.

See also the recent thread on rotting foam.

Anyway, the seals may well be in good condition so nothing needs to be done.
Don't mess with them unless they really needs changing.

I hope (and think) you will be happy with your new OM camera.

Regards
Lars
