Yes, it is a must. I'd like to use my OM-AF lenses on the new cameras.
Compatibility only to one direction... too bad.

The 77 and 88 *are* OM bodies. And they *are* larger. Yes.

friendly human interface, that is in all bodies but OM1 and OM3 when you
push the button without thinking about you get almost always a correct
exposure. In many bodies there is even no need to turn the camera "ON".
That is my most important feature.
